This website presents DERUN’s architecture, interior design and project services. For questions about this notice or information you share with us, contact info@derun.ae or visit Office 1507, Westburry Office Tower, Burj Khalifa Blvd, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.
02. Contacting us
Our enquiry form sends your name, email, message, project type, consent selection and any optional phone, project location or project stage you provide to FormSubmit for delivery to our Zoho inbox. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. Email links open your email application, and WhatsApp links open a chat. Those messages are sent only when you choose to send them in that application. DERUN receives the contact details and project information you include so that we can respond and discuss your enquiry. Please share only information relevant to your project.
03. Website operation
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Hosting and network providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the website. We have not added advertising trackers or visitor analytics scripts to this website.
04. External services
Our contact page includes an embedded Google Map. Loading the map connects your browser to Google, which may process technical information and use cookies under its own privacy policy. FormSubmit processes form submissions and uses Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection. Its privacy information is available at formsubmit.co/privacy.pdf. Email is handled through Zoho, and WhatsApp conversations are handled through WhatsApp. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and may process information outside your country.
05. Your information and choices
You can browse our project pages without sending us an enquiry. For questions about information you have shared with DERUN, or to request access, correction or deletion, email info@derun.ae. We will review your request in light of any applicable project, recordkeeping and legal obligations.
