Design Development
The design is developed in detail, with material and finish selection, technical drawings and 3D visualisations.
Approvals & Procurement
DERUN coordinates authority approvals where applicable and manages procurement.
Fit-Out Delivery
Fit-out works are delivered through specialist subcontractors appointed and managed by DERUN, with coordination of all trades and monitoring of programme, quality and design compliance.
Snagging & Handover
Snagging, project completion and handover.
